Who Are We...


Our resident Holistic Personal Trainer & Wellness coach is qualified with a Cert 3 & 4 Fitness/Personal Training, Specialised in Pre & Postnatal training and nutrition. She has had a colourful life, with a passion to always help others feel their best physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually. She believes all elements play a part in our self-care and how we feel and play in life. Having experienced depression and anxiety for many years on and off (Including PND & PNA), she has tried many modalities during her healing journey and has a lot of wisdom to share to help support other mums on their own transformations and as they step into motherhood.

She is very positive & nurturing, a lover of deep conversations, alternative therapies and personal development. She is a mum of Savannah (5) and Sebastian (1.5). Becoming a mother created a drive to learn more and to become the best mum she can be, by helping to shift old paradigms.

This was the start of her passion into the niche of helping, understanding and guiding mums in their health and wellness journeys. To be the examples.

She truly believes that together we can achieve more, and so was born the creation of FIT FAB MUM – for all of you!


Our resident nutritionist is a lover of dark chocolate, essential oils and herbal tea (she has an herbal tea drawer that would make any tea aficionado green with envy!). She’s a pocket rocket that loves feeling strong and having the energy to truly enjoy life.

A mum to Zac (5) and Isla (3), and baby Ruby, Kim understands just how important it is to look after herself in order to be the best mum she can be. That old ‘you can’t pour from an empty cup’ adage is so true to her.

Having battled PND & PNA, she is passionate about supporting other mums on every step of their motherhood journey, sharing her story and helping others heal.

With a Bachelor of Health Science (Nutritional Medicine), you’ll get to know Kim and her no-bull attitude when it comes to nutrition. She’s not interested in fads or aesthetics. What she is interested in, is helping you create healthy habits & a healthy mindset that can serve you for the rest of your life. She wants you to feel as great when you’re 80 as you will after your first Fit Fab Mum program!
Why We Created This Program:
When I (Jade) started working with pregnant and postnatal mums as a qualified personal trainer, I saw the stressors of what they were dealing with everyday:

Body confidence issues...

Loss of identity...

Not having any energy....

Lack of support because no-one around them new exactly what they were going through...

And it wasn't until I had my own baby that it really hit home the enormity of the physical and emotional assault your body goes through during and after pregnancy.

I know I pushed too hard after I had my first child, Savannah. 

I could have possibly prolapsed from running too early and a lot of mums don't know that.

So I set out on a mission to learn all I could about pregnancy and postnatal health and fitness so I could create a gentle but transformational program for new and experienced mum's to be at their glowing best.

As synchronicity would have it, that's when I met Kimberley. The "pocket rocket " nutritionist!

Over a hot cuppa, we shared our dreams about creating a vehicle to support women as they move from planning a baby to becoming mothers.

Kimberley had already been working with women in the preconception, pregnancy and postnatal phases sharing her knowledge and love of nutrition and her "inside out" approach to being at your best physically and mentally.

It was the match we were both looking for.

I learnt this hard fact in pre Fit Fab Mum times as a personal trainer. 

I realized quickly that I loved working with mothers because I could see the benefit that it was having for them. 

I was going to their home, helping them with their confidence, helping them gain their new mum identity, and more importantly just being there as someone to support them through the changes and look after themselves while the baby is around.

With the baby and/or other children being there, and I could see the rising confidence in them, the shift in energy of how they felt. 

And I could see they were uplifted and more motivated and proud of themselves.

I could see the kids joining in as well!

So it had that domino effect. 

When you see the mum glowing, the rest of the family glows as well!

Mum's need that support and guidance to safely work out.

However, abdominal weakness, separation, and pelvic floor dysfunction are common, rarely talked about, and easy to overlook for new mums.  

A recent study showed that fewer than one in four women get enough exercise during pregnancy.

Women face so many new body changes during pregnancy, including:

Increases in blood volume, fatigue, morning (or all-day) sickness including nausea and vomiting, tender, fuller, and heavier breasts, headaches, increased urination, insomnia, vivid dreams, and vague exercise recommendations.

So many women get discouraged because of the changes they start to see in their body and begin to wonder “what’s the point of exercising anyways? I feel like I'm just making negative progress. It’s not worth it.”

Often women are told things like "Just enjoy pregnancy! You don't need to workout or watch what you eat. You're growing a baby! Relax!"

But what most women AREN’T told is that doing moderate exercise during pregnancy and focusing on solid nutrition can actually give you more energy, and can lower rates of gestational diabetes, hypertension, and depression.

Is exercising while pregnant safe for me and my baby?
It is safe, and in fact, can help with a healthier pregnancy! Many studies have been performed on fetal response to maternal exercise. They have all conclusively shown that exercise was well tolerated in relations to umbilical artery blood flow, fetal heart rates, and biophysical profiles before and after exercise in both active women and inactive women and their babies. The one exception is that you want to stay away from things like hot yoga or hot pilates (and avoid hot tubs and saunas) during pregnancy as these high temperature environments show an association with increased risk of neural tube defects. Exercise, however, does not increase the core body temperature to a concerning level.

Do I need a gym membership for this?
No not at all! All the exercises can be done at home but you could do them at a gym, if you prefer.

Can I just buy one trimester instead of all four books?
Of course! We give a discount to those who purchase the entire bundle, but if you are already in your 2nd, 3rd, or 4th trimesters you can select the ones you want to purchase at checkout.
Am I supported?

Do I need exercise equipment to do the workouts?
With our at home workouts you can either follow the online Workout Videos (you will need to be logged onto your membership portal to follow these as they are not downloadable) or you can follow the printed Exercise Plan (with pictures), OR a mix of both. Some of these Workouts do require equipment, such as a resistance band or a pair of Dumbbells. If you don’t have these when you first start you can use things from around the home such as weighted drink bottles or cans, or even do the exercises without anything until you can buy these. Its recommended to buy these few things if you can as it will give that added level of strengthening for the body.
Can I do the workouts if I can't watch the videos?
YES absolutely! The interactive Ebook includes all the written workouts with pictures so you can follow and do the exercises with ease from anywhere.
Can I share the Ebook and Membership Access?
No. Your Ebook and Membership program is individualized to you. This is your Journey to being your best self in Pregnancy and Motherhood.
